1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and nnbaji ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the nnbaji website, or using any service offered through this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

nnbaji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the contact details held on account. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension pending verification.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access real-money services on nnbaji, you must create a registered account. Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, device, IP address, household, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held within them.

Registration Requirements

Account Security

• nnbaji will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication claiming to be from nnbaji that requests your full password should be treated as fraudulent.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact nnbaji support immediately via live chat. nnbaji will act promptly to secure your account pending investigation.
• All bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested from your account while it is logged in are your responsibility, whether or not they were made by you personally, unless you have reported an unauthorised access event to nnbaji prior to those actions occurring.

Account Closure

You may request to close your nnbaji account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five Bangladesh Standard Time (BST) business days. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed to your verified payment method before the account is closed. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

nnbaji processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The maximum single deposit amount may vary by payment method and will be displayed at the point of transaction.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your nnbaji BDT balance within 60 seconds in the vast majority of cases. In rare instances of mobile network delay, processing may take up to 15 minutes.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and will be returned with associated bonus funds forfeited.
• nnbaji does not charge deposit fees. However, your mobile banking provider may apply its own transaction fees, which are beyond nnbaji's control.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit on your account, or to a verified payment method registered in your name.
• Before your first withdrawal is processed, your account must pass full KYC verification. This involves confirming your identity, age, and the ownership of your payment method.
• Standard withdrawal processing time for fully verified accounts is within 24 hours during BST business hours. During periods of high volume, processing may take up to 72 hours.
• nnbaji reserves the right to conduct additional checks on withdrawal requests that are unusually large or that follow an irregular pattern of account activity. This is a security measure designed to protect players.

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

nnbaji offers various bonus and promotional programmes to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cricket-specific promotional offers tied to BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup events. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus policy set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses on nnbaji are subject to a wagering requirement — a multiplier that indicates how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, where stated) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place bets totalling ৳20,000 before withdrawing bonus-derived winnings. Bonus Eligibility Rules

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms.

• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus balance or associated wagering requirement not met within the stated expiry window will be removed from your account automatically.

• nnbaji reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled, players who have already claimed the bonus will be permitted to fulfil the original terms.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on nnbaji are subject to the following general betting rules, as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published within the relevant section of the platform. In the event of a conflict, sport-specific or game-specific rules take precedence.

Sports Betting

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change prior to confirmation; the odds shown at the moment of your final confirmation are the odds at which your bet is accepted.

• nnbaji reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a technical or pricing error. Players will be notified, and stakes will be returned in full.
